WE HELP REFOREST
the OHIO VALLEY
Reforest &
Restore.
The Ohio Valley Forestry Fellowship works towards increasing the size and diversity of our forest canopy. We plant as well as distribute seedlings and educate people on best practices. You may have walked through one of our forests—we’ve been reforesting in the Ohio Valley for forty years.
We plant.
It’s that simple. Our all-volunteer non-profit has distributed and planted nearly a half a million trees. We organize volunteer crews to plant trees in a wide variety of locales, from urban to suburban to rural. You’ll also find us prepping and distributing seedlings for school children and community organizations.
Our Impact
We’re a small, but mighty
501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Donations go to planting trees
rather than paid positions!
130,000+
NUMBER OF trees planted
We improve Ohio Valley’s woodland habitat. The Ohio Valley Forestry Fellowship is a proud member of the Green Umbrella Regional Sustainability Alliance and supporter of the Taking Root initiative to plant 2 million new trees in the Cincinnati area by 2020.
40+ Years!
ESTABLISHED IN 1979
Forty years as an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit is a source of pride for us. It’s also a testament to great friends, partners and advisors who give their time to educate, source, distribute and plant with OVFF.
